briefly go over the details of your interior design project. We will answer any basic design questions and will guide you on the best way to get started on your project.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is not your ordinary consultation. It is an in-depth, informative meeting that is the first and most important step in the design process. During the consultation we will discuss your design related needs, scope of work and will provide feedback with actionable advice. Clients should come prepared with inspiration pictures and a list of questions. Galapo Group Design’s 15-step design and project management process and any contract-related questions will also be reviewed during this consultation.

The Concierge Service

This full-service design package is suitable for the client who wants Galapo Group Design to manage the project from conception to completion. Visual drawings and 3 dimensional renderings are created to serve as a guide for you and your contractor. GGD will oversee and work together with the general contractor of your choice in order to implement the remodel project to completion.

Collaborative Design Service

This service is suited for the budget-friendly project. Galapo Group Design will help bring your vision to life using all of your favorite retailers and online shops. A vision board with URL links to suggested items from your favorite stores will help guide your project to completion. The client is responsible for most of the purchasing, receiving, and installation.

Designer On Call

This virtual or in person consultation is for anyone working on a project independently that may require on-call advice from a designer. This ‘phone-a-friend’ service works great for those who are out of town, in their favorite store, or need an answer to a pressing design question. Additionally, this service is also suitable for the client that will manage their entire project and needs consultation assistance of a designer throughout the project.
